Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Easylife platform, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or booking a service you agree to these terms.
1. The platform
Easylife is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, vetted home-service professionals (cleaning, handyman, beauty, wellness, fitness and education services) in Dubai. Services are performed by the assigned professional; Easylife facilitates booking, payment and support.
2. Bookings and prices
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are confirmed before you complete a booking. Quote-based services (e.g. renovation) receive an individual offer that you can accept or decline. A booking is binding once confirmed.
3. Payment
You can pay by card (processed by Stripe) or in cash on delivery where offered. Card payments are captured when the booking is confirmed. We never store your full card details on our systems.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot incur a fee of 50% of the booking value. Category-specific policies may apply and are shown during booking. If the assigned professional does not show up, you pay nothing and we re-match or refund you in full.
5. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate address and access information, ensure safe working conditions at the service location, and treat professionals with respect. Easylife may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, professionals or staff.
6. Professionals
Professionals on Easylife are independent contractors, verified through an onboarding process including identity (KYC) checks. Ratings and quality monitoring help us maintain service standards.
7. Liability
Easylife acts as an intermediary. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
