Frequently asked questions

Who comes to my home?

A vetted pro with Emirates ID and visa on file, rated by previous customers. Add them to your favourites and we send the same person next time — or credit you AED 20 if we can't.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — free up to 24 hours before the slot from your account or the app. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies; a no-show is charged in full.

How do I pay?

Card (Apple Pay / Google Pay), cash to the pro on completion, prepaid credits, or your Home Care Plan allowance. The price you see at checkout is final — no call-out fee.

Areas we serve

JVC, Dubai South, Al Furjan, Dubailand and surrounding communities — our teams are already in your area, which keeps prices 15–25% lower.
