Recurring Maid Service (per visit)

About this service

A recurring maid service is a weekly three-hour visit on the days you choose, with the same cleaner every time. It runs as a subscription: we schedule visits two weeks ahead, you can pause for travel, and nothing renews without you seeing it in the app.

Unlike agencies, there is no full-time or live-in placement here — this is DET-licensed part-time cleaning, priced per visit, with a real person you can rate and keep.

What's included

• 3-hour visit on your chosen weekdays
• Same cleaner on every visit (pinned to your subscription)
• Standard home cleaning scope: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds
• Pause up to 60 days a year, skip single visits

Not included

• · Full-time or live-in domestic work (Tadbeer/MOHRE only)
• · Cleaning supplies unless you add the Eco cleaning kit at checkout
• · Exterior windows above ground level, ceilings, walls
• · Mould treatment, post-construction dust

How it works

Frequently asked questions

What if my cleaner is unavailable one week?

We offer the next slot with her, or a vetted replacement plus AED 20 credit — your choice in the app.

How is it billed?

Per visit, charged before each visit to your saved card, or covered by a Home Care Plan. No deposits, cancel any time.

Who comes to my home?

A vetted pro with Emirates ID and visa on file, rated by previous customers. Add them to your favourites and we send the same person next time — or credit you AED 20 if we can't.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — free up to 24 hours before the slot from your account or the app. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies; a no-show is charged in full.
